We Are the Authority on Phone Behavior
Just 20% of any given market answers cold calls. The other 80% will never pick up no matter what you do. Today, your reps treat them all the same.
Tomorrow, they dial with precision.
TitanX Phone Intent tells you which contacts answer the phone, so your reps get 25% connect rates and 3X more at-bats.

"First hour, he comes running into my office, saying 'I've called six people and four of them have answered. I've never had this happen in my career!'"
Phone Intent uses proprietary signals to sort the people who answer from the people who never will, flags phone numbers that don’t belong to your prospects so you never waste a single dial, and knows the best number for every contact.
Intent data tells you a company may be in-market. To sell to them, you still have to reach them. Phone Intent is how you do that.
A ‘verified live’ phone number doesn’t guarantee it belongs to the right person, or tell you if they’ll pick up when you call. Phone Intent does.
Contact data is a commodity: it can’t tell the 20% who answer cold calls from the 80% who never will. Only Phone Intent can do that.
Get 3x higher connect rates.
Phone Intent™ is the behavioral propensity of a specific individual to answer a cold call, scored for every contact before a rep dials. It comes from observed individual behavior across over 100 million phone numbers, hundreds of sub-industries, and thousands of job titles, not from firmographic or technographic signals. It is not buyer intent and not phone-number validation. It tells you who picks up.
Phone Intent is a patent-pending process and runs in three steps: sync, score, dial. Contacts flow in continuously from Salesforce or HubSpot. The Phone Intent Engine evaluates every number individually against observed answering behavior, and an enrichment waterfall fills the gaps until there is a number worth dialing. Scores and the best number write back to your CRM, and Smart Stream orders each rep's dial list from there.
Buyer intent tells you a company might be in-market for the type of product or service you sell. Phone Intent tells you whether a specific person will pick up the phone. Phone intent is more impactful because it means you can have a conversation. Buyer intent might tell you a company wants to purchase something, but if you can’t speak to them about it, you have no opportunity to sell. Bombora, 6Sense and every paid intent source are now nearly a commodity, available to every competitor by definition. Only TitanX offers Phone Intent and tells you who is reachable.
No. Phone Intent predicts whether the right person will actually answer the phone when your rep calls, which validation does not do. Validation checks whether a line is live, and anyone can do that with a free validator; a "connect score" is a competitor's version of the same active-number check. A live number belonging to someone who never picks up is still a wasted dial. Some TitanX competitors claim to sell products like Phone Intent, when all they really do is use these free active-number checkers.
Phone Intent tiers every contact from P1 (High Intent) down to NA (Bad Data). P1 contacts are confirmed to be the right person, and they’re shown to answer cold calls. P2 phone numbers were verified to belong to the right person, but they didn’t have the behavioral markers of somebody who answers cold calls. P3 contacts are confirmed active numbers, but couldn’t be verified as belonging to the right contact. P1 contacts get a phone-heavy strategy, P2 and P3 get multi-channel outreach, and no-intent and bad-data contacts go to marketing activity and re-enrichment. Roughly 20% of a typical B2B list comes back as high intent. That matches the roughly 20% of any market that will ever answer a cold call; the other 80% won't, regardless of frequency, timing or number rotation.
Phone Intent identifies which contacts on your list exhibit the behavioral markers of a person who answers cold calls, usually about 20%. It does not guarantee that they’ll answer the phone on the first call attempt. However, when connect rates move from less than 5% to upwards of 20%, it’s immediately apparent that the scoring is accurate and precise.
Phone Intent runs on two scoring models. The Lightning score is the 24-hour standard model; the Titan score is the 5-day advanced model, with the deepest high-intent coverage. Scores and updated phone records write back to your CRM as jobs complete, rather than in one batch at the end. Stale records are flagged, and rescoring a list takes a single click.
Not completely. TitanX scores and enriches contact records you already have, and does not supply contacts. It can find the best phone number for a contact, but you still need a source of contact data (ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, Cognism or equivalent), and you keep that provider for non-phone fields. The phone-number enrichment waterfall then verifies or replaces the numbers on those records.
