Compliant and Controlled

Human-initiated, single-line dialer

A rep places every call, one line at a time. TitanX will never use AI to place calls or parallel dial, which removes a category of TCPA risk that many other dialers carry.

Nothing to misconfigure

Reps can't pick a caller ID, override dialing rules, or edit anything in TitanX they couldn't edit in your CRM.

DNC signals honored

Unsubscribe and removal signals from connected tools are logged for DNC processing. Our full TCPA summary is in the security package.

Plans for Uptime, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery

In the TitanX Trust Center, you’ll find our documented business continuity and disaster recovery plans, with recovery time and recovery point objectives defined for every business-critical system. We run disaster recovery tests annually, including tests of backup restoration.

The Trust Center hosts our carefully documented incident response plan with severity classification, defined escalation paths, evidence handling aligned to NIST forensic guidance, and a root cause analysis for every incident. The plan is reviewed and formally tested at least annually.

If an incident affects your data, you hear about it from us promptly, per our contractual commitments and applicable law. Never from the news.

How Your Data Is Protected

Encrypted to high standards

TLS in transit. AES-256 at rest. Key management aligned to NIST guidance. Passwords are hashed with memory-hard functions and never stored in plaintext.

Least privilege, enforced

Role-based access with MFA required on all privileged production access. Every privileged action is logged. Access is reviewed quarterly and revoked within one business day of departure.

Your CRM's permissions, mirrored

Reps can't view or edit anything in TitanX they couldn't in Salesforce or HubSpot. Every call logs all-or-nothing, so there are no partial records and no data loss.

TitanX does not state an audit or certification status in marketing copy. The current TitanX security posture is published in the Trust Center at trust.titanx.io, which is the authoritative place to check what is in force today. If your reviewer needs something beyond what the Trust Center publishes, your TitanX account executive can help.

TitanX publishes its privacy and data-handling documentation in the Trust Center at trust.titanx.io; send your privacy reviewer there first. In the product the mechanics are narrow: contacts sync from your CRM under the field mapping your RevOps team sets, and unsubscribe and removal signals from connected tools are logged for suppression. Questions about residency, retention and sub-processors are answered in the Trust Center documents and your agreement.

TitanX is built to be TCPA-conscious and human-initiated: a rep places every call, one line at a time, and no AI or auto-dialer places calls. That removes a category of legal risk that parallel and AI dialers carry. The full TCPA summary sits in the security package at trust.titanx.io. Read more on TCPA and Phone Intent.

No — every call in TitanX is single-line and human-initiated: a rep places it, and no AI or auto-dialer places calls. This is a permanent product decision we’ve made. TitanX will never offer parallel dialing or AI dialing because it defeats the purpose of making a phone call in the first place. Smart Stream, which orders the queue reps work through, is deterministic and event-driven, not AI.

Access controls and data-protection specifics are documented in the TitanX Trust Center at trust.titanx.io, and TitanX points reviewers there rather than restating them in marketing copy. Two things are worth knowing up front: TitanX runs a least-privilege access model, and rep permissions mirror your CRM — a rep cannot view or edit anything in TitanX they could not view or edit in Salesforce or HubSpot.
