Beyond Your Dialer
Connect your CRM once, and your reps start making smarter dials, from healthier numbers, with every call perfectly logged.

Sync Salesforce contacts into TitanX. Every dial, disposition and Phone Intent™ score is logged straight back to the record in your CRM.
Pull HubSpot contacts into TitanX, then send calling activity, Phone Intent scores, and dispositions back to each contact’s HubSpot properties.

TitanX integrates natively with Salesforce and HubSpot, and both are live today. Contacts sync in continuously, and Phone Intent™ scores, the best number to dial, every dial and every disposition write back to the contact record. Your CRM stays the system of record.
Contacts and the fields you map flow into TitanX; Phone Intent scores, the best phone number, every dial, every disposition and the call activity flow back out. Logging works so you never get half a call record. RevOps controls the field mapping, and TitanX writes to the fields you nominate without overwriting what is already there.
Not yet — TitanX has no live Salesloft or Outreach integration today. SEP integrations with both are coming, though. In the meantime your CRM is the system of record: reps dial from Smart Stream inside TitanX, and every dial, disposition and Phone Intent score lands back in Salesforce or HubSpot.
Yes — TitanX works on the contact-level phone numbers you already have, whether they came from ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, Cognism or a list you built yourself, and scores and enriches them. Keep your provider: TitanX does not supply raw contacts, but can discover phone numbers for contact records you already have.
Yes — TitanX offers API access for Phone Intent scoring and phone waterfall enrichment, so a RevOps or engineering team can score and enrich numbers from their own systems rather than only through the CRM sync. Your account executive can walk your engineers through what the endpoints cover before you build against them.
Your RevOps team controls every integration setting in TitanX, and reps control none of them. Field mapping is set once at the org level, with role-based access per integration. A rep cannot view or edit anything in TitanX they could not view or edit in Salesforce or HubSpot. Auth errors, sync failures and stale syncs surface with a clear path to resolve them before they reach a workflow.
Getting TitanX live happens at two speeds: the CRM sync is quick, and carrier number registration and warming take real time. Registration and warming run as a managed, phased rollout while your current motion keeps going, and live dialing starts once your numbers are healthy. From there, results show in the first week of live dialing.
