Score a segment, not just a contact

You can now submit an entire HubSpot contact segment for Phone Intent scoring in a single action.

Select your dynamic or static segment of up to 1,500 contacts, confirm the submission, and TitanX writes scores back to HubSpot as each contact is processed in real time.

Guide: Submit a HubSpot contact segment for Phone Intent scoring.

Before you confirm a segment for submission, the app shows you a credit cost estimate alongside your current balance. If you're short on credits, we'll tell you by exactly how much and block the submission.

It also automatically skips contacts already scored as P1 and those with a phone status of "NA." You're not burning credits re-scoring records that already have what they need.

While a segment is being scored, you can filter your contacts by the new "pending" status to see exactly who's in the queue and who's already been processed.

Your single-contact workflow is unchanged.

Your data tells you what happened

Two new HubSpot contact properties now give you more traceability of Phone Intent scoring on each contact record.

TitanX Associated Segment records which segment a contact was most recently submitted under. Filter your Custom Contact View by segment and pull up real-time results tied to a specific scoring run.

Guide: Finding Contacts Submitted for Scoring by Segment

TitanX Last Signal Update records the exact date and time a contact was last enriched with Phone Intent data. One field. One answer. Filter a segment by this field to quickly see which contacts were scored when.

To activate these new contact properties, click "re-configure data mapping" in the TitanX App settings page. They'll appear in your HubSpot contact records immediately.

Know what got rejected before it becomes a problem

When you submit a segment for Phone Intent scoring from HubSpot, TitanX will automatically reject contacts already pending scoring, already scored as "P1" (high intent), and those with a phone status of "NA". You won’t use credits re-scoring records that don’t need it.

When you submit a segment for scoring, the review screen shows a full breakdown of rejected contacts, grouped by rejection reason, with contact-level and phone-level exclusions shown separately.

If every contact in a submission is ineligible, the Submit button disables entirely. You won't send a segment into the void and wonder why nothing came back.

What is TitanX Phone Intent?

TitanX Phone Intent is a proprietary behavioral scoring model that identifies the portion of any given contact list that is likely to answer the phone when called, which helps outbound sales teams at B2B companies improve cold call connect rates from baselines of 3-5% to upwards of 25%.

We analyzed over 100 million phone numbers globally and discovered a behavioral pattern that holds true in every market, regardless of industry, persona, or business segment. In any given list of prospects, only about 20% of them will ever answer the phone.

The remaining 80% will never answer. No matter what time of day you call, how many times you try, how clean your phone numbers are, whether you use local presence, they are not reachable by phone.

Most outbound sales teams still treat all of these contacts the same, wasting precious time and dials on attempts to speak with prospects they will never reach.

Their connect rates are low, their reps have fewer conversations each day, set fewer meetings, and as a result: miss quota.

Phone Intent works by using data signals, behavioral patterns, engagement history, and other proprietary data sources scoring groups contacts into buckets of high priority (P1), moderate intent (P2), low intent (P3) or bad data (NA). Sales Development Reps (SDRs) can then prioritize calling P1 contacts with greater preparation, and make fewer dials for each conversation they have.
